Extremely likely. Catherine aged 2 months fits with the birth registration I found in March quarter 1871, Cardiff registration district.
And this birth registration also fits the William aged 6.
William CRONER September quarter 1864 Cardiff registration district, mother's maiden name Cussick.

Gotta dash for quite a while now. Wednesday is grocery delivery day and with two deliveries in a couple of hours it's chaos!

Has it been accepted that John born 1868 IS the one being searched here? When I posted the details I wasn't sure, though I did think he was a good candidate apart from his birth year difference. I found more info on him and his family (censuses, marriages etc) but didn't post as was waiting for confirmation, or not, that he was considered 'the one'

    A typo,

I was actually referring to Thomas as found above. Toffeetower, you didn't acknowledge whether you thought he was a likely candidate, it isn't helpful when you don't follow up on posts, not helpful to you or the contributor, had you acknowledged my posts I would/could have added more info.
