    If you are, apart from the two certificates you have already purchased (did you get the info. from Free BMD?) There is an entry on the 1861 census for a Fredrick Clinch born 1848, Oxfordshire, father Joseph a Widower. Frederick also appears on the 1881 census with his Brother in law, Richard. He is listed as being a Royal Navy Pensioner.
