Stuck there Im afraid. His father is named John. Definately 2 Giddeons Father and son are in the clergy confirmed in this thread.. and I suspect a "Thomas " also.

Re the 1626 Edmonds/Buckland marriage, use the Clergy database to check out "Robert Buckland" - delivers 6 hits, 5 of which link to the Diocese of Exeter. Have a look at "Robert, 1571-1626"
