I was going to suggest that you just transcribe the certificate as uploading images is a bit of a faff. (Probably one of those things that's terribly easy if you're computer-literate, but an absolute no-no if your computer knowledge ends with knowing how to switch the thing on and off. )

There's also the question of copyright. I think you're allowed to post the bit with the marriage details in it, but not the whole certificate. Copyright law is a massive (but necessary) headache.

Yes, transcribing a document is fine.
What you can't do on the forum is copy-and-paste someone else's transcription. (Again, because of copyright.)

Hi Everyone, 1st of all the marriage cert has Dorothy father as Johnson not Johnston apologies!
Anyway I looked on GRO for a Dorothy Elliott born 1907 in Durham area's
and came across one with J qtr,Chester le street, vol 10a,page 651 with mother's maiden name as Armstrong,so then I looked for a Johnson Elliott marrying a Armstrong and found a marriage between Johnson Elliott and Elizabeth Armstrong in 0ctober 3rd 1903,New Shildon, Durham,England. Page 225 record 449

Also a 1911 census(reg District 554,Ed,vessel 09, piece 30126)showing a Dorothy Elliott with parents johnson and Elizabeth and siblings John Annie and Gladys who also on GRO have Armstrong as their mother's MN! Its says they've been married 7 years which would almost fit with above marriage! Do you guy's think im on the right track?

Cant find anything on Louis Marie arsene coppillie or his father Desiderii !
    Thanks

Louis Marie Arsene Coppollie is mentioned in The Gazette. A certificate of naturalization was granted to him.

    https://www.thegazette.co.uk/London/.../4171/data.pdf

He was a Belgian citizen which probably answers why you can't find any birth or census records for him in the UK.

There's an online family tree for Louis Marie Arsene Coppellie. Look about halfway down the page for Lodewijk Marie Arsene, it is your Louis as they have the two wives Mary Smith and Dorothy Elliott, however, I'm not sure the children attached to the Elliott/Coppellie marriage are correct maybe you know TT? The children of the Coppellie/Smith marriage do seem to be correct.

There are birth registrations to correspond with the given names in the tree, two registered Douglass MMN Elliott and two Coppillie MMN Elliott.

Hartlepool Northern Daily Mail 03 October 1930; page 3.
    Motor Car and Wagon Collide
    Briefly.
Louis was involved in a collision with a horse drawn wagon.
Mr Louis Coppellie of Nelson St, New Washington was lucky to escape injury from flying glass of the windscreen, a boy riding with him was slightly cut.
