For Moderators- the following new data collection should be considered as a 'sticky'. MyHeritage have added today over 4 million new records dating from 1795-1940 on Lithuanian -Jewish records. These records were donated by LitvakSIG. The records include census, tax records,Shoah records, voter records, conscription. Lithuania and areas of Poland,Belarus and neighbouring countries are also included.
Search is free but a subscription for full access is required.
For those researchers who have Lithuanian and Eastern European ancestry the new data should provide significant help in tracing their roots further.
