I found this article in the British Newspaper Archive. It's unusual in that it quotes the whole of an early Anglo-Jewish ketubah for a marriage that might not have a surviving record and also names witnesses and the Rabbi and Reader of the synagogue in Leadenhall Street in 1781. I've put names in upper case so that readers can scan easily for them.
Note that there were two Amelia NOELs at the time, one the defendant and the other an artist.
These aren't my family, but I hope this will be of use to someone else.

LAW INTELLIGENCE. COURT OF KING'S BENCH, Friday, Dec.11. Herne v.
AMELIA NOEL. The Plaintiff had dealt in coals with the Defendant, and
had furnished her with that commodity to the amount of 35l. 4s. for
which a bill of Exchange had been given, accepted by the Defendant,
on which bill this action was founded. Mr. Garrow, for the Plaintiff,
merely stated these facts and put in the bill of exchange. Mr. Park,
for the Defendant, said, that on the authority of a book, with which
his Learned Friend was acquainted (Selden's Uxor Hebraica), he should
give a complete defence to this action. The truth was, that according
to the ceremonies of the Mosaic law, this lady was married to a
gentlemen of the Israelitish sect of the name, not of Noel, in which
she was sued, but of the more venerable appellative of NOAH. They
were joined together in this holy bond in the year of the Creation
5541, which he believed answered to date of 1781. After he had proved
the solemnization of these nuptials, he should be entitled to the
verdict of the Jury. JOSEPH PHILLIPS said, that he had been reader to
the Synagogue, in Leadenhall-street, during thirty-two years. In
1781, he was present at the marriage of ZEBE NOAH with ABINDA
(AMELIA) NOAH. On his cross-examination, he said that RABBI MEYERS
the priest who married them was not a beardless youngster, and that
his testimony applied to Mrs. Noah, and not to Amelia Noel, an artist
at the west end of town. (This lady, with whose productions our
readers will not be unacquainted, is the Defendant in this cause.)
JOHN LEVI confirmed the testimony of the preceding witness, and
added, that he saw the husband of the Defendant last March, and that
both husband and wife had changed their names from the patriarchal
appellative of Noah to the modern distinction by which they were then
known. The Katubah was now produced, by which it appeared that the
bridegroom was Zebe, the son of Noah of blessed memory, and the
witnesses, ISAAC the son of Abraham of blessed memory, and JOSEPH
(the first witness) the son of AMINIDAB, also of blessed memory. Mr.
URIELLI was now called to translate this solemn instrument. It
appeared to recite a conversation between the parties. to the
marriage, to the following effect :—" On the fourth week. in the 2nd
day of the month of Micor, in the year of Creation 5541, the friend,
or the companion Zebe Noah, said unto the spinster Abinda, 'Become
thou my wife according the law of Moses, and I will maintain thee
according to the rites of the Jewish religion, and I will provide
for, and honour, thee. And I shall give thee for the dower of thy
virginity 200 pieces of silver, and the raiment and necessaries
according to the custom.' To which the lady Abinda did consent; and
the dowry which she brought, consisted of gold, silver, and
ornaments, and also of bedding and attire, and 100 pieces of fine
silver, which was increased.by the Rabbi father to 200 pieces of fine
silver, &c. &c. The marriage being thus fully proved, the Plaintiff
was nonsuited.

Minka LEVY / Amelia NOEL artist
I've found an online page about the Amelia NOEL, artist, mentioned in the news item above. It states that she was Minka LEVY and that her " father was prominent American merchant Judah Levy. She married Henry Noel nee Zvi Noah at the Great Synagogue in London in 1781." I haven't confirmed the information.
