MARK MORDECAI died 1829-ANN DAVIS

This thread is a follow up for my Jacobs and Simmonds distant cousins. I posted original data on Selig Jacobs-Hannah von Embden on 7.3.2015. This thread was based on the 1915 Family tree data which included family tree branches on the various lines. I also posted on the thread very brief data on Mark Mordecai and his wife Ann.
In his will Mark Mordecai named his children as Aaron, Raunor,Samuel,Elizabeth, Hannah.
Ann was to survive Mark until her death in 1884.

The first name Raunor appears to have been changed to Rosetta.

One Ancestry.Co family tree has the parents of Ann as Isaac Davis 1768-1822 married to Leah surname not known.
Synagogue Scribes has a possible marriage GSM 044/1

Further research is needed to confirm whether or not these are the parents of Ann.

In his will Mark Mordecai referred toa lease he had on a house 150 High Street Shoreditch. Subsequent census records for some of his children give their place of birth as Shoreditch.
Currently, I have traced Ann from 1841 until her death plus her daughters Rosetta aka Raynor, Elizabeth, Hannah.
The two sons Aaron and Samuel have not yet been traced post their father's will but Samuel appears with his mother and sisters in 1841.
