I had hoped the Times of India on line might deliver - but I only have access up to 1900. Post 1900 it's available via Proquest - but I'm still working out if there's any way I can register to access records (WIP)- currently focusing on Crystal Palace/Tottenham on the wireless - at least it's football related!

Totally off-topic, but
(a) you're showing your age, as I don't think you mean wireless in its modern contaxt
and
(b) unless you're cheering on the Eagles you're off my Christmas card list.

Struggling with reception (very late) and the cat's whisker behaving poorly with today's weather - but above the crackling have just made out the Eagles have won 2-1 (scorers Innerd/Madham). An important victory in the promotion charge out of the Southern League - promotion to Division 2, 1908/1909 still very much on the cards.
