The Free Reg entry reads 20 December 1670 - not 26 Dec 1671? The image of the baptism on FMP clearly reads 20 Dec 1670 - the Free Reg find confirms the mystery word at end of line is "Milner".
John Richards was 28 when he married Anne Forrest in 1665 at West Bromwich - YoB c.1637. Possible baptism -
FMP (transcript only)
John Richards, bap 2 Jun 1640, West Bromwich, parents William and Frances

I had a question mark over Anne Richards giving birth at the age of almost 50. I did wonder about a 2nd marriage and found
FMP burial (image/transcript)
Place - Wednesbury, St Bartholomew
Anne the wife of John Richards Milner was buried the 20th December 1670 (date of John Richards' baptism)
Yet to find John remarrying. There is a baptism of an Anna Forrest, 18 Aug 1630, place Maer, St Peter, Staffs, parents Jacobi and Mariae. The Anne that married John in 1665 was age 30 - YoB c.1635.
Was Anna Forrest, Maer, being somewhat shy about her age when possibly marrying a younger man? Discuss!"dyfal donc a dyr y garreg"

FMP (transcript only)
There's a marriage of an Ann Forrest, 17 Aug 1662, place Eccleshall, spouse Edward Harding.
Two marriages (Ann 1662, Eccleshall and Anne 1665, Wednesbury) but at the moment only one baptism (1630, Maer)- if restricting search to Staffordshire.."dyfal donc a dyr y garreg"
