Your Titus Webb was born 1796, baptised 5 May 1796 Brierley Hill Staffordshire son of Benjamine and Phoebe nee Perry.
Titus 52 occupation crockery? and Catherine 46 are on the 1850 USA census in New York and with them is an Elijah Webb age 13 born England. Relationships aren't given but if this is their son then their marriage could have been in England or Scotland. Or Elijah may be a son from a first marriage for Titus.

A memorandum book was found in his pocket, in the book was the name of Elijah Webb, found in several places; also "Elijah Webb was born June 13th 1837 at Wolverhampton in Warwick Street, England, at 4 o'clock A.M" Also, "E.W sailed from London in the ship Yorktown April 10th and arrived at New York May 17th ... It has been ascertained that Webb was on the bridge that broke on the 5th inst"
