Default WW1 British Navy Discharge papers

I have my Grandfathers Naval records of the ships he was on during WW1 and afterwards serving on the mine sweepers in the North Sea, but how do I find his actual discharge papers?
    Cheers, Lyn

    Welcome to the British-Genealogy forums.
If you came to us from Forces War Records this link will explain our connection.

I don't know where you found your grandfather's records but have you seen this National Archives guide to Royal Navy personnel?

    Hi Christina
Thank you for your reply. I found my Grandfathers Naval Records on The National Archives web site. I will go back onto their site using the link you sent me and see what else I can find.
    Many thanks
    Lyn
