Default Relation to head of house "Br" "Bs" or "Bi"

I have a 1911 census record where it shows relation to head of house as "Br" or something similar. See file here https://drive.google.com/drive/folde...SS?usp=sharing

    Any idea what this says/means?

I’m pretty sure it’s “brother”, indicating that the HoH Is their brother where it should say that they as his sisters.

The head of house is female though - so I don't think that makes sense

I would go with Megan's suggestion of Boarder.

    (a) the girls have different surnames, and are both allegedly single, therefore they are not sisters.
    (b) their surnames are different to the head of the household who is presumably somebody Mackay

You really need to find the head of the household, plus the other two girls in the 1901 census to see if there might be a relationship.

Have you got the previous page of this census. This will show the name of the Head of House and parents of the two brothers. Probably at the bottom of the page!
