    Default COATES, Charles Redvers b1900

    This man served as Charles Redvers Coats MARTIN during WW1. No birth is registered for that name, and there is a possibility that he is in fact Charles Redvers COATES (Q3 1900 N Bierley).
    So in case a descendant is looking for him:

    Home address: Siddall Place, Holbeck, Leeds;
    Parents: Thomas & Helen Ada MARTIN;
    Enlisted 16 July 1917, declared age 18y 1m;
    Served with the West Yorkshire Regiment (no. 210061) until August 1919 when he transferred to the Northumberland Fusiliers for further service.
