Hi, Phil from New Zealand. I'm researching my family and relations for a book I hope to compile.
My great grandfather Helge Myhre was born in Norway, moved to London in 1852 and died there in 1864, buried at Highgate.
He married Emily Brunette in London and when Helge died, some years later she moved to New Zealand with her two children, one my grandfather.
She re married an ex British army man who I am trying to research.

Hi Phil,
There's no need to introduce yourself every time you return to the forum. Just post your query, regardless of whether it's ten days or ten years since you last visited.
And before everyone gets side-tracked looking for Helge and Emily they have been referenced in an earlier thread. So please post any further details in that thread.

As regards Emily's second husband, he was Archibald Morgan. See this thread, and again post any details you find in the thread.

I am now locking this thread.
