    Default Buller Squad 23 Aug 1939

    I have a photo of my father in the Buller Squad dated 23rd August 1939. Where can I find more info on this squad please?
    I have his army service book too. His name was Joseph Boardman number T/97245. He was an ambulance driver with the RASC and served with the 8th Army and escaped Dunkirk. I have downloaded the forms from the Ministry of Defence to order his army records but just wondering why I am unable to find him on Ancestry or Forces War Records?

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.
