Sorry Hansom, but that would breach the copyright of the companies who put the information on their sites.
You can take out a 14-day trial on with both Ancestry and Findmypast, which will enable you to see the actual image, which is much better than any transcription. Just remember to make sure you untick the auto-renew box otherwise your bank account will get a shock.
Your local library might also have free access to either site.

I have removed some identifying details from this post. It is not a good idea to put that sort of information on the internet.

Sadly, I think the help we can give is limited to suggestions of which organisations might be able to help. However, if your mother brought you up (rather than gave you up for adoption) and there is no father named on your birth certificate then they might be stumped for an answer too. I presume that you've already asked any living relatives if they have even the smallest amount of information?

As a first port of call, try the Salvation Army.
