I am Sib Albert Northrip. My father was Sib (Silvia) Albert Northrip. I have been able to go back as far as George O. Northrip. I would like to try to see where the Northrip name came from. I have heard that the name goes back to Ireland some place. I also know that the name is a drawback name from the Northop or some spelling like that. If there is anyone that know or has more information I would like to hear from you.

Hi Pam
I wish I could say it was all my own work but just taken from the public tree which does have sources. I have been looking to verify the records using Northrip/Northrup and there is even a Northnipe, which is what is written on the image.! I have submitted the alternative Northrip name.
