    Smile FreeCen Project Update 12th December 2019

    Hi
    The latest database update took place on 12th December 2019
    We are always looking for volunteers to help us improve on these figures, if you have some spare
    time and are interested please contact me by message here
    There are new records for the following counties,
    1841, DOR
    1851, None This Month
    1861, NRY,
    1871, SOM, WRY
    1881, SOM
    1891, BRK, LAN, LEI, SFK, STS
    There are now 38,114,460 individual records on line, they break down into the census years as shown below. If you wish to see what is available for the different counties please go to
    www.freecen.org.uk/statistics.html

    On a personal note I am pleased to report that the SFK 1891 project is now complete.

    Many thanks to all the volunteers who give up their free time to help us all with these projects.

    Always. It (and FreeBMD) keep family history within the reach of many who might be discouraged by the price of subscription services, especially in the early stages of their research.

    I see that I forgot my traditional call to the troops. If anyone wants to help, Bev can always use more transcribers, proof readers, etc!
