    If you mean the certificate will give the parents of the bride and groom, you're half-correct.
    Hopefully it will show the fathers (and their occupations) of the bride and groom.

    Clumsily worded, but yes, I meant that the certificate should give a parent (father) for both parties.

    I checked for any Mulligan/Connell children and found none, so I'm reasonably confident it's the right couple.
