As you've posted this in the RAF forum, can you be a little more precise about exactly what you're looking for? If it's his RAF service and you know/think that he served after 1921, then you already know how to apply for his records from a previous post you've made.

If it's family knowledge, then I'm assuming you mean the William Percy Jordan who married Florence Whittaker in Halstead registration district in March quarter 1905.
Depending on how near William and Florence are to you as relations then it could be advisable to obtain a copy of their marriage certificate which should confirm the names of their names. (We always advise obtaining BMD certificates for direct ancestors, e.g. parents, grandaents, etc.)
Apply for all BMD certificates via the General Register Office (GRO)
    https://www.gro.gov.uk/gro/content/certificates/
The extra references you need for the marriage certificate are volume number 4a page number 837.

To find the names of any children they had (and to order their birth certificates) use the births and deaths indexes on the GRO site.

Using that, William Percy's mother's maiden name is said to be Munnings (birth registered in 1880, Holborn registration district).

Copy of marriage entry in the parish register for St James the Great, Bethnal Green for William Jordan and Caroline Munnings in 1879 is available on Ancestry.

If you don't have a subscription to either Ancestry or Findmypast, then your local library may have either available for free.

I can only find one birth for a William Percy Jordan in 1880. It was in Holborn, London.
Ancestry links him to the marriage with Florence Whittaker on 19 Feb 1905 in Halstead, Essex. His father was William Francis Jordan. Florence's father was Edward Whittaker.
When he died , his address was given in the Probate Register as 98 Anderton St, Birmingham. Place of death was the Factory of Bellis & Morcom Ltd. Admin granted to Hayden William Jordan.

PS Ancestry has a link for him on RAF Records on their "pay extra" Fold3 area.

Could I ask where you found the information regarding the Place of his death. Looks like it might have been at his place of work
    Thank you

As Lesley is currently off-line, it's in the Probate Calendar.
    probatesearch.gov.uk (copy-and-paste)
Make sure you select the 1858-1996 tab, and enter 1950 as the year of death. Then his entry is on page 6.
You can order a copy of his will for £1.50 but there's a wait of several weeks before it will be delivered.
