    Default Criminal Records post 1935

    I have to admit that one of my relatives was prosecuted in 1960 for larceny and bigamy!! Is it now possible for me to now find any records of:

    His criminal record
    His prison record
    Record of the trial
    Transcript of the trial

    and if so, where?

    Newspapers.

    These will tell you when and where he was tried. Then armed with that information contact the record office nearest to the court to see what if any records they hold.
