You can view the marriage certificate on the Scotlandspeople site for 6 credits (around £1.50). The marriage was registered in St Mary’s & St Peter parish, Dundee in 1919 as you have said. GROS ref: 282/1 99

If you go to Scotlands People, you can download a copy of their marriage certificate for a minimal sum. They are indeed listed as marrying as you describe, and the certificate will give you their ages, occupations, current addresses, both sets of parents (including maiden names) and their occupations.

Anyone else who looked up the data for you would have to pay with their own credits. There's more info about the Scotlands People site HERE.

St Mary and St Peter was indeed a district of Dundee until 1951.
