What general time frame would this be for? I assume they're husband and wife? Do you know where they were living - Dundee, Ireland, or ?

When were they born? Parents' names?
When (and where) were they married?
When, and where, were their children born?
Which censuses have you found them on, and where were they living? Census references would be a bonus rather than a general 'living in London' type reply, as London is a big place.
What is the last record you have of them?
And finally - what exact information are you looking for? e.g. It's a waste of people's time looking for them in 1939 if you know they died in 1920.

Forgot to add - I assume these people are likely to be deceased, as we can't discuss potentially living people on the forum.

Obtaining the birth certificates of Robert and Kathleen will give you their parents names.
As will (should) finding them in the 1901 and 1911 census.
Scottish birth certificates and the Scottish census are available on Scotlands People. You can search for free, but have to pay to see the images. Scottish birth certificates give more details than English and Welsh ones.
Irish 1901 and 1911 census are available for free at https://www.census.nationalarchives.ie/
This is the only link I can currently find for Irish certificates though I know I have a better one somewhere in my bookmarks. Will keep looking.

Kathleen's birth is registered as Kate Cheevers.
Registration district Waterford.
Volume number 4
Page 647
Jan-Mar quarter 1901.
Both FMP and Ancestry have indexes of registrations for Irish births 1864-1958, marriages 1845-1958, and deaths 1864-1858.
FMP's under Irish followed by the event and to and from dates, while Ancestry's are under Ireland, Civil registration (event) Index followed by the to and from dates.
If you don't have a sub to them, FMP and/or Ancestry are often available at your local library for free.
This is the other site I was thinking of but strangely I couldn't find Kate listed.
