Hi all..
am looking for my partners sister we recently found out he hands a sister who was adopted at birth we no when she was born / name at birth etc but don’t no where to go next and would love some help in the right direction please x

It’s liverpool area she will be about 45 years old now

Here is The National Archives guide to adoptions in the UK. It gives a link to the Adoption Contact cCentre where, for a fee you can register your names. It is not for tracing relatives but if your partner's sister has registered on the site then contact can be made.
