63rd Regiment of Foot document

With help from this forum I have found the 63rd Foot Regiment of Foot attestation and discharge documents for Peter EAGAN on FindMyPast - thanks heaps.
My problem is now I am finding it difficult to read so maybe someone here can help?
It is a 9 page document but it is particularly page 1 and page 3 that I need help with.

the places he served his 18+ years abroad
the reasons for his discharge
Page 3
The 2 medical reports
I would appreciate any help/advice you are willing to give, thanks

Van Diemen's Land...five and a half

East Indies...11 years 242 days

That is awesome Peter - THANK YOU. There is no way I would have made "East Indies" out of the 3rd line without your help.
