Default Pensioner guard - 63rd regiment of foot

Hi all, I am from Victoria, Australia.
I am looking for the records of Peter Charles EAGAN or EGAN and his family who joined the 63rd regiment of foot 1824 and was pensioned off 1846. He returned to service Dec 1850 and in 1851 became a pensioner guard on a convict ship to Tasmania. His wife was Bridget DUGGAN.
Specifically I can't find his army records, his marriage or the birth of his children. It would appear his wife Bridget DUGGAN and possibly 2 children went with him to Tasmania.
These are the facts (I think)
1802 - 1806 Peter Charles is born in Allen, Kildare, Ireland to James Egan & Hester Milne.
1824 Peter EAGAN joins the 63rd foot regiment
Jan. 1827 63rd deployed to Portugal
1829 – 1833 63rd foot regiment escorted convict ships to New South Wales and Tasmania and remained on routine garrison duties.
1833 63rd foot regiment deployed to India for routine garrison duties
1838 63rd foot regiment deployed to Mawlamyine, Burma for routine garrison duties
1842 63rd deployed back to India for routine garrison duties.
28/07/1846 Peter EAGAN is listed as a pensioner of the 63rd foot regiment, residence Birr, Ireland.
Dec.1850 Peter EAGAN return to service with the 63rd foot regiment, at Tilbury Fort, London
08/02/1851 Peter EAGAN, as a pensioner guard sailed from Gravesend per the “Cornwall”. (as stated in his prison records, a pensioner guard on the Cornwall)
10/06/1851 Peter EAGAN arrival per “Cornwall” in Hobart. (as stated in his prison records)
01/02/1852 Peter EAGAN transferred as an enrolled pensioner of the 63rd foot regiment to the 99th regiment under Captain Blamire. He is listed as having a wife and two children.
17/02/1852 Peter EAGAN arrival per “Francis” in Melbourne (as stated in his prison records) as one of 135 volunteer enrolled pensioner guards in the 99th Regiment
13/03/1852 99th Regiment is stationed at Mount Alexander.
10/02/1853 121 pensioners of the 99th regiment arrive in Hobart from Melbourne where the 99th is engaged in routine convict duties. Small contingents are deployed back and forth to Melbourne over the next 22 months.
15/12/1854 99th regiment departs Hobart to quell unrest in the Victorian gold fields
17/12/1854 Approx. 400 of the 99th regiment arrive in Melbourne on the “London” steamer, leaving their band in Hobart
16/03/1855 99th departs Melbourne for Hobart
25/04/1855 Peter EAGAN abandons his 5 acre allotment at Port Cygnet, Tasmania
11/01/1856 99th regiment embarked at Hobart and are deployed to England.
17/04/1856 Peter EAGAN is charged and sentenced in Beechworth Victoria to 1 year in Pentridge. His prison records show he has a wife and three children in
    El Dorado/Beechworth at this time.

Do you have his pension record, which includes his original attestation? If not they are on FindmyPast.

Thank you for your help. I am registered with FindmyPast, my searching there has only revealed 2 documents from the WO 23 series which mention he is in Tasmania and 3 from the WO 22 series which mention him in the returns of pension/payments in Tasmania. This is where I found his enlistment year, date of pension and his re-enlistment date. I may not be searching correctly too, so any suggestions would be very helpful.
I would love to find his original attestation and (I believe) the army priest may have registered his marriage and births of his children? Thanks again.

The document is under the series Wo 97 - Chelsea Pensioners British Army Service Records 1760-1913.

Do you know the names and approximate births of the children?

I am also researching (for a friend) records of CHARLES MEREDITH, who came out from Ireland with the 63rd regiment,Marine Corps, to Tasmania, escorting convicts in 1829. I have been unable to find his record and which ship he came on. His dates are b.1800-d.1876, died in Kingston, Tasmania.
