    Mis-filed in the MAR section of the WW1 Service Records (WO 363):

    James Francis Hamilton WALTON enlisted with the Royal Field Artillery on 11 December 1915. Served as nos. 1245, 132077 & 951415. Discharged (medically unfit) February 1918.

    Home address: West Kirby, Cheshire.

    No other genealogical information given, but GRO shows birth registered Q4 1884 Birkenhead.

    James Francis Hamilton Walton died 1971 Croydon district. His first marriage was in 1933 Edmonton registration district to an Annie Bedford and a possible second in 1961 to Janet Sumner reg dist Birmingham.
    He is with his parents in 1891/1901 but i can't see him in 1911.

    A Frank (Francis?) Walton, born Birkenhead, 1885, is recorded as a boarder in a household in Hendon in 1911. Source- Family search. No other details shown.
