He seems to have been transferred quite often.

I only have access to the scans on Anc. On the page headed "Statement of the services" (page 1916of 3897 on Anc's counter) it says that he was transferred to 218th Fld Co (date not yet available) in an entry following the (badly faded) entry saying that he was KIA on 20.3.1918. The last posting with a full entry is 12.1.18 to RE GB Depot.

There's a cleaner copy of a similar page at (1918 of 3897) but it's so full of abbreviations that it doesn't shed much helpful light as far as I am concerned.

The following extract is from the CWGC description of New Irish Farm Cemetery:

"PARATONNIERS FARM CEMETERY, BOESINGHE, a Belgian Military Cemetery, 800 metres South of Lizerne village, containing the graves of 13 soldiers from the United Kingdom who fell in December, 1917-March, 1918."

These graves were later concentrated into New Irish Farm Cemetery.
