I think the father's name might say (helpfully!) Deceased Harding

I agree about Thomas Ferguson. Not sure about the second witness but I think it's a man because it says 'his mark'

I've just seen your request for help on another forum, the members there who were helping you did seem to think that Harriet's birth name is Harriet Hannah/Anna Truesharding and the family later changed to using Harding, and I agree.

My reason for agreeing is Truesharding doesn't seem to exist after the 1880's.

If this is Harriet's baptism, and I think it a strong possibility (neither her nor her parents can be found after this baptism using Truesharding) I also think father's occ. on Harriet's marriage cert. says carver.

Harriet Anna Truesharding born 17 Dec 1859
    Baptised 15 Jan 1860 at Saint Leonards,Shoreditch,London,England
Father: Denis Truesharding (carver) address 31, Bath St.
    Mother: Harriet Anna
Hackney St Leonard, Shoreditch 1858-1861 page 82

There are very few records for the name Truesharding or different spellings.

    The earliest I've found is

Ann Trusharding Marriage 26 Dec 1798, St Leonard, Shoreditch, Hackney, England
    Spouse: Joshua Richard Palmer

Then nothing until Harriet's baptism, there's a few other baptisms in the later 1800's with the surname Truesharding.

I do wonder if the actual surname is HARDING and the Trues part is a middle name passed down through the family. A possible scenario: asked for their name the person for example answered Dennis Trues Harding, and the scribe assumed Truesharding was the surname.

A Dennis Truesharding married Phoebe Harris 17th May 1875, St Jude Whitechapel, he was a carver, his father Dennis a carver. Cannot be the Dennis above as he would be too young, wonder if it's his father's second marriage?

More Truesharding and various spellings. They surely must all be related as all Father's on the records are carver's.

Elizabeth Tresharding, baptised 7 Jul 1872, Bethnal Green St James the Great, Tower Hamlets
Father: George Tresharding a carver. Mother: Emily Tresharding. Address 1, Baker's Court

Henry William Teesharding, born 16th Mar 1860, baptised Apr 8th 1860, St Leonard Shoreditch, son of Henry a carver and Eliza Jane, address 2, Tyerson St (not certain that is what is written for the address)

Could this be his birth registration with surname mangled?

    Yes, it must be.
