    Don't know where you found the death record, but Cornwall OPC have a burial for a Susan Heard, aged 24, on 2 September 1860 in Calstock. No corresponding death registraton in either the 'old' GRO Index, nor in the 'new' Historical deaths index. Have tried Heard, Herd, and Hurd, with variants box ticked.

    GRO and Freebmd have a death of a 24 year old Susan Hearn, Sep Q 1860, Liskeard reg dist which sounds possible.
