    Thanks for all your help. I joined Facebook and the Royal Scots Greys' group. A few fellows remembered Baron von Franckenstein. He died earlier this year. The 'Times' (of London) published an obituary https://www.thetimes.co.uk/article/b...uary-7clwcvb62 Quite a fellow.
