Hi,
I'm trying to locate details of my grandad and keep hitting nothing!
I've tried the MOD with correct forms, death cert etc but they couldn't locate him. Looked through Air 78 found a name but not sure if him and had no number with it.
Info I know:
John Thomas Harper
Birmingham
RAF Rear Gunner
Was at RAF base in porthleven Cornwall?
Posted in Egypt for a time
Hit and wounded but still remained in active duty until the end of WW2.
Feels like I keep hitting dead ends.
Thank you.
