As you have the vol and page numbers at #11 supplied by sandiep you should be able to order the certificate online.

Default Prompt reply from Museum on IoM.

Just received a reply from Ivor Ramsden, Director, Manx Aviation & Military Museum and he has supplied a number of newspaper cuttings and 'an extract from "Rough Landing or Fatal Flight" by Steve Poole which gives an account of the crash in which Pilot II Berry was killed.'

I haven't absorbed all the details yet but it appears the crash happened when Thomas was returning a Spitfire to RAF Jurby from Shropshire and encountered thick fog on approach to the island. He hit the cliff immediately below the Lighthouse at Maughold Head damaging the Lighthouse which had several children inside along with the Lighthouse Keepers, fortunately none of them were injured.

    Thank you Alma.
I was just perusing the site (I had a brainstorm and used Mr G) and was about to post the URL, only to find you had beaten me to it.
They charge £11/cert. and aim to process all applications within 1 working day of receipt.
However they do make a substantial charge if they have to do a search for records prior to 1980, charge for each 5yrs period or part thereof £25.

    Regards,
    Malcolm.
