The 1871 census for William Coulthort (Coulthard) has him being born in; Cepy Crocks, Durham. in the Civil Parish of Old Shildon.
1 Is/was there ever a place called Cepy Crocks?
2 Old Shildon, can that be taken simply as Shildon, Durham?

The 1891 census explicitly enumerates Coppy Crooks and lists the farm house and colliery cottages.
