    Default Thelma Olwin Pardoe

Guys ime looking for info/pics on Thelma Olwin Pardoe my great aunt, what we do know is that she was born 1923 Chaddesley Corbett Worcestershire England, in 1944 she married an American service man by the name of Edwin Robert Ruhlman he was born in 1922 New Jersey. They had the following children Suzanne Lorraine, Tyler R and Sarah Rachel Hannah. Suzanne was born in the uk and Tyler and Sarah the USA. We are hoping to make contact with my cousins if they can be located from info received through research.

Ime hoping some of you good people can help. Garry

Do you know who Thelma's parents and siblings were or is that the info you are looking for in order to trace cousins?

Garry, by 'cousins' do you specifically mean Suzanne, Tyler and Sarah and any children they may have?

If so, people will have to contact you through the PM (private message) system unless they are informing of a death as BG doesn't allow details of living people to be posted on the forum.

There's a passenger list for 1946 which says Edwin lives in Pennington New Jersey.

FamilySearch have Edwin on the 1930 census with his parents and siblings in Pennington, and also in 1940 listed under E Robert Ruhlman.

FamilySearch also have a Thelma Ruhlman born 24 September 1923 dying 19 March 2011 in Fairfax Virginia.
When I typed Edwin Robert into the same dataset (US Social Security Death Index) there's an E Robert Ruhlman birthdate 20 August 1922 dying in Arlington Virginia 21 April 2006.

Can't find anything on Sarah, but possible leads and a bit more info if you type Suzanne and Tyler's names into FS and use Virginia as the place.

In trying to trace Thelma's children have you thought about writing to the local papers in either the last towns you know they lived or in one of the towns listed on FamilySearch?
