I guess it's time for me to have another Rant at Ancestree.
Too many bones, too much sorrow, but until I am dead, there's always tomorrow.

And ....you're back in the room...
I've got my thumbnails back and all looks fine. No rhyme nor reason for it. They were missing on my phone too which isn't operating on Windows10 so that wasn't the reason.

Yes - now they've got your subscription and you family (tree) as hostages why would they worry about being helpful??? - but that's a theme for another thread!
Cheers (till it happens again)

I haven't checked today but yesterday when I started a search from the search page I only got family tree results. No censuses, BMD's, Military etc I had to go into each category separately. Bah. Didn't matter if I used just the surname Smith and nothing else -still no result. I am on win8

Lucky you Kiltpin
I am still getting only results relating to family trees. So I cleared my browsing history, logged out then whenI tried to log in it told me I had the wrong email or user name. So I applied for a new password setting. Told me to look in my emails for a link. Nothing!!
Not a happy little vegemite.

Well I finally logged in and after a lot of searching for an email address I found it and fired off an email Just received this automated response
"We’re currently in the process of transferring our email and support center to a new platform. To resolve your concerns, please visit our new Ancestry Support site at the following link, where you’ll find helpful articles and discussions as well as contact information for further support."
https://
support.ancestry.com/s/
This leads to the list of support numbers for the various countries but still can't find it without using the link.

They are definitely "playing" with the site.
I have just been adding a couple of records to a tree, but have given up adding any more, because those records still appear in the results list as though I haven't added them, and I keep going back to them .........very frustrating.
