    Default Denis Andrew GAGGERO b1900 - WW1?

This man MAY have changed his name to CLARKE - perhaps his mother re-married? - or perhaps I am completely wrong (no relation to me - I'm trying to catalogue soldiers in WW1). Just in case ...

Denis Andrew CLARKE, a Stock Clerk, enlisted with the Middlesex Regiment in May 1918, declaring age as 18y. Regt No: 169565. Moved to a temporary commission in 1919.

Home address: Snaresbrook, Essex. Mother: Ellen Elizabeth.

There is no registered birth, so perhaps he is Denis Andrew GAGGERO, b Hackney, Q2 1900?

Looks like you are right! The GRO site has Dennis Gaggero's mother's maiden name as Clarke.
