Any advice would be welcome !
My situation is this. I have the FTM 2005 trial version disc and an unlock code - this works well on my old laptop.
I have just bought a new laptop with Windows 10 installed.
I am able to install the 2005 trial programme on my new laptop but unable to activate the unlock code to get the full programme because there is no longer the ability to register online with 2005.
I am looking at updating to the new 2014 FTM. I have contacted FTM but have, as yet, not heard back from them with these questions.
Do I have to update FTM on my old laptop then somehow transfer the programme and how do I do this ? Am I able to update the trial version on my new laptop ?
Does anyone have any experience with this download?
Katherine
