There is no middle name for this one

    John Kersop
Baptised 14 Nov 1784 at Warden, Northumberland, England
    Father - John Kersop
    FHL Film Number - 1068615

I have moved this thread from the surname interests thread to the Northumberland forum as it is a request for research help.

As there's no mother's name been recorded we can't be certain they are your ancestors, but they look promising. If they are yours John must have died before 1874 when 'your' John was born.

Does anyone have anything on John Kirsop m Elizabeth Elliot ( 1780) ? I am guessing that this might be the family I am looking for?
