    I just Googled on the name you gave..
    To add to Allan's comment - don't keep your backups with the computer - I remember talking to a colleague as he watched the building his office was in burning down and what he said made me a bit paranoid about my backups - "there goes my PC, and there goes my desk with all my backup CDs".....

    A memory stick that you always kept on your person should be held with all your important information on it.

    If for some reason that is damaged, you probably won't be worrying about your files anymore.

    Another useful trick is emailing things to yourself.
