    Thumbs up Diseworth Parish Registers

Has anybody easy access to the Diseworth Parish Registers. I am looking for early Baptisms, Marriages and Burials for my Hutchinson family of (mainly Diseworth) but there are definite Long Whatton and Owthorpe connections as well. The names James, John, Thomas, Mary, Anne, Jane, William and Sarah feature mainly throughout. I need to do this as I am not convinced the information on a lot of the Ancestry public trees is correct. With many thanks....LizzieB

"The Parish Chest" website sell the PR Transcripts of Diseworth from 1654-1910 for £15.

I have decided to purchase the records from Parish Chest, something I was trying to avoid. Thanks anyway.

My wife has a copy of the original registers on fiche - approx 1656-1812. We can't do a blanket search, particularly as the early ones are very hard to read, but now you've ordered the transcript, we could check a few specific entries if you want to confirm anything with the original.
