I am trying to find the residents of 78 Wynford Road in 1918.
I have a birth certificate of a child born at 86 Wynford Road in January 1918. The person who registered the birth and was also present at the birth was a C. Parry, Aunt of 78 Wynford Road.
I am trying to find out who this person was and where she fits into the tree. I have tried searching the electoral registers on line, but can't find anything in 1918. Can anyone help please?

The electoral registers for London are held at the London Metropolitan Archives:
https://www.cityoflondon.gov.uk/thing...s/default.aspx
I don't know if it is necessary to order the electoral roll prior to arriving there, but a quick phone call will give you the answer.
The ward of the address would help - again a phone call would answer that. The Camden (borough) Council would know that for you, so worth contacting with them.

Following on from what Peter has found on the 1923 Electoral Register:
1911 census of Clerkenwell
88 White Lion Street
Frederick Henry Job PARRY 34 Brass Finisher Glamorgan
Charlotte do 36 Clerkenwell
plus 5 children.
Frederick & Charlotte have been married 16 years, have had 7 children 5 of whom are still living.
Marriage at St Paul Shadwell on 15 March 1896 of a Frederick PERRY, Brass Finisher, father Henry PERRY, Carpenter & Charlotte CHAPMAN, her father being shown as John CHAPMAN a Painter. Any link there??
And 1918 Electoral Register of Finsbury:
78 Wynford Road PARRY, Charlotte & PARRY, Frederick
They are both still at 78 Wynford Road in the 1930 Electoral Register together with a George Thomas PARRY who just happens to be one of the children of the Frederick & Charlotte PARRY in the 1911 census record above, aged 3.

To add to the above information:
1901 census of Clerkenwell (RG13/253, folio 24, page 39):
10 Noble Street
Frederick H J PARRY Head M 27 Carman Wales NK
Charlotte do Wife M 27 Clerkenwell
Charlotte C do Daur S 2 do
Henry F do Son S 4 months do
Baptism at St Philip Clerkenwell on 6 January 1901 of a Henry Frederick PARRY, son of Frederick Henry Job & Charlotte PARRY, 10 Noble Street, Brass Finisher. Perhaps he is one of their children who died as he is not on the 1911 census record.
