The CWGC site (cwgc.org) says that Verity Everest was the son of Arthur Sidney Everest, and of Muriel Everest, of Duncan, British Columbia, Canada.
He's buried in Fontaine-la-Louvet churchyard (click on the Verity's record, and then scroll down/follow links as necessary) along with four other people who died on the same day - all RAF which would lead me to suspect that their aircraft was lost. Because Verity wasn't a British national there doesn't seem to be a UK death certificate but at least one of the other people buried with Verity - William Edward DAWES - does have a death certificate.
You can obtain a copy from the GRO in Southport. https://www.gro.gov.uk/gro/content/certificates/
Never having ordered a similar certificate myself I'm not sure what details you need however the details in the record are:
War deaths (RAF - All ranks) 1939 - 1948
name: William E DAWES
rank: F/Lt
number: 125758
unit: 98 Sqdn
year: 1944
volume: 4
page: 208
If you get stuck you can either email the GRO for advice (put GQ in the subject heading as well as the subject) or use one of the cheap phone lines to give them a call.

Royal BC Museum archives has the death registration for Verity Everest
https://search-collections.royalbcmus...9-7f488a1f8a3b
...site also lists the death of Arthur Sydney Everest, but no image.
I've found the BC archives to be very helpful - might be worth an email to see if they have anything else on your Everest family.

Just saved you a few dollars.
The Royal BC Museum has a death registration for Verity, and if you click on the link you can see exactly what it says.
https://royalbcmuseum.bc.ca/archives-collections/ and from top banner select BC Archives, and from drop-down box collections. Then 'search genealogy records'.
It says that Verity was born in Ontario and that his parents were born in England. I can't find a marriage for them in England so you might have to try Ontario.

I don't have access to Ancestry dot com, but they have a record in the 1921 Canadian census for an Arthur Everest born 1876 with a wife Muriel living in Hamilton West, Ontario. Could they be the parents of Verity?

Somebody is obviously more experienced than me at finding Canadian stuff.
Though by a process of elimination on the 1921 Canadian census index I'd just found a Muriel Brett, birth registration Bromley registration district September quarter 1886.
Based on the death registration pippycat had found for Arthur I'd already found two possible birth registrations for him. Both March quarter 1876, one in Marylebone registration district the other in Tunbridge registration district.
Parksville - please note that where our findings have Arthur's second name given it's usually spelt Sydney.

Courtesy of the Nanaimo FHS site, I'd found a record for an Arthur S Everest, aged 28, who arrived on the Bavarian in October 1904 on the Library and Archives Canada site, but couldn't enlarge the image enough to see all the details correctly. (It almost looks as if Arthur is married.)
Couldn't find anything for Muriel though.
