Hello, I am looking the newspaper report of an inquest that took place on the 20th of February, 1918. The death occured in the sub-district of Carshalton, Surrey, District, Epsom. I am guessing the Surrey Mirror would be the best bet! I have looked on the national newspaper archive web site, but it doesn't look like they have records for 1918. The deceased was George William Holmes.
Hope someone can help.
Thanks Graham.

Feeding "Carshalton" into the British Library Newspaper Catalogue throw up some alternative titles. You might like to consider them.

Why not give the local record office a ring and see if they can suggest a source?
