Thanks everyone. There certainly are coincidences there. Having just got in from work & being full of man flu, I need time to get my head round this lot and see what I can work out for my friend. Many thanks for your input, much appreciated.

Chapman family
Hi
My grandfather was Benjamin Robert Chapman married to Maria Kingsbury. Not sure I can add much although I do have family tree giving their children etc
Trying to help a friend & getting nowhere!
Baptism at Kennington St John, Lambeth 15 Dec 1880:
Benjamin Robert CHAPMAN & Thomas Eldred CHAPMAN. Parents: Benjamin (Bricklayer) & Sarah of Grosvenor House.
There is a birth registration for Thomas Eldred Q3 1880 Bromley, Kent. No obvious birth reg for Benjamin.
Benjamin marries Maria KINGSBURY 27 Jun 1898 at Walworth St John & can be found in Camberwell in 1901 & Lambeth in 1911.
Thomas might be the one who marries Annie Elizabeth SAYERS in Bromley Reg Dist in 1907 & can be found in 1911 in Bromley shown as born Boro Green, nr Sidcup, Kent aged 29, so slightly out if correct.
The parents MIGHT be the couple who marry at Walworth St John on the 27 Oct 1877 - Benjamin CHAPMAN, Labourer & Sarah Ann WEBSTER.
I can't find:
Parents & children in 1881 or 1891. Parents & Thomas in 1901.
Any suggestions?
Thanks
Mitch
