    Negative answer from the parish I wrote to (the church is modern, and it is the parish of a Turkish community; they have no historical/old registers); already sent email to the second parish.
    It's time to wait and looking forward for an answer.

    Have not received yet any reply!!

    I fear it will really be impossibile to find something in Costantinole, so I must surrender to the evidence: I'll not know where my gg gf and gg gm got married, and where.

    I think it's time to close the thread.
    I wanna thank all friends who have contributed with their suggestion!! Thank you again !!

    What a fantastic result for you. Your persistence has paid off and I would imagine you learned a lot about researching in Instanbul so your new found knowledge may be useful to others in the future.

    Congratulations

    Bobangel yayy! Patience & perserverance paid off plus your own latest adventuresome mailing habits.

    Brave of you to tackle the 'coldcall' mailing which terrify so many -to their loss.

    Next query:
    1) to document Birth/Baptism for my great grandmother Elizabeth Hamilton (born 1863 in Constantinople, married 1890 in Kertch, Crimea, died 1925 in Palermo, Italy) and for her brother Charles (born 1862 in Constantinople, died 1899 in Odessa) and sister Mary (nothing known);
    2) birth/baptism/parents for Maria Calcedonia Severina Caruana (born 1850, married 1880 in Kertch, Crimea to William Henry Bright);
    3) birth/baptism for Joseph Hamilton, married 1781 in Chatham Kent to Eleanor Brown.

    Real challenging research.

    I'd like to thank everybody for your continuous support and suggestions. Thank you very much!!
