Richard Chadwick attested at York in 1851 - age 18, PoB Cawnpore (FMP record).

FamilySearch has an extracted record for a Richard Chadwick, b. 10 Jul 1837, c. 20 Aug 1837 at Cawnpore, Bengal, India - parents William and Harriet.
I cannot find a GRO Regimental Birth for Richard.

Looking at the same source on FMP, on Thomas' baptism registered 21 Jan 1849 William's rank is "Private, H.M. 9th Lancers"??
