the 1841 Census for Mount Pleasant South, Walcot (HO107 Piece 970 Folio 47 Page 8) shows:
Richard ROSE b. abt. 1786. A Mason born Somerset
Emey (sic) ROSE b. abt. 1786 in Somerset
plus several seemingly un-related adult., No William.

I think this is the family:

    At Walcot St Swithins, Bath:
    Elizabeth 2 Oct 1803 – d/o Richard & Mary
    Richard 17 May 1807 – s/o Richard & Martha
    Catherine Lawrence 3 Sep 1809
    Martha 3 Sep 1809
    George John 21 May 1815
    Joseph 23 Nov 1817
    Mary 23 Nov 1817
    George John 6 Dec 1816
    AND:
    Walcot St Mary’s Chapel
20 Sep 1815 William s/o Richard & Martha ROSE (mason)

    Anne

    also:
Anne, daughter of Richard & Martha ROSE, was christened 14 Apr 1805 at Walcot St. Swithin
Martha, daughter of Richard & Martha ROSE, was christened 17 Jul 1811 at Walcot St. Swithin
Martha, daughter of Richard, a Mason of Snow Hill, & Martha ROSE, was christened 20 Sep 1815 at Walcot St Mary's Chapel. Born 4 Jun 1813

now it gets confusing. It looks as though Richard was married several times.
Reuben, son of Richard, a Mason of Half Moon Street, & Amey ROSE was christened 6 Nov 1831 at Walcot St. Swithin

there was also a Richard married to Elizabeth but in 1829 his occupation was given as Labourer. (A temporary change of work(possible) or a different Richard (also possible)
