    Default British phone directories

    Hello,
    I live in Canada and would like to try and make contact with relatives in England. Is there a phone directory with addresses that's available on line, that I don't have to pay for. In Canada we have one, but the only ones I can find for the UK are pay per view.

    There are 2 that I know of for landlines (not mobiles): BT and White Pages

    Unfortunately in the UK almost everyone has mobiles these days and it can be very hard to find numbers for them, if not impossible.

    This has information from electoral registers and you may have more luck with this (you have to pay to find the complete details but index searching is free).
