    Default A.U.P. & Privacy Statement

    Unless my eyes deceive me, both the A.U.P. and the Privavy Statement are identical.

    They were posted 26 Nov. 2008 - by someone indicated as GUEST. This person by vitue of status is apparently no longer a member of B-G.

    What are the implications - if any - if these statements are disregarded either by us members or others?

    Just asking - no more, no less.

    Hi Colin.

    The Mods have raised this a number of times with the new owners.They tell us they are working on it. As far as the implications of not having a current one in place I have no legal training and as such am unable to provide an answer.

    AAAH! gotcha! apologies Colin, I read it both were the same as originally compiled & not changed with new set up.

    Been having a lookabout Sue, sounds like ' it won't happen over night, but it WILL happen. maybe next year?

    Both will be up asap, today hopefully as has already been announced in the Mods lounge.
    If not the PP will be up and the AUP/ToS up asap in any case.

    I apologise these have been down, unfortunately we had rather a lot of work to do at exactly the same time we started on the PP etc.

    PP now back online, although it's been completely rewritten to comply with privacy policy rather than just a privacy statement.

    I suggest you read the Privacy Policy and then check in your profile.
    There are a couple of choices to make. Boxes to tick or not....

    It is no good saying at a later date that you did not know. Read it now....
